BIDDER REGISTRATION:
All prospective buyers must register to bid. All prospective sellers must register to create auction listings.

CONDUCT OF AUCTION:
Conduct of Auction and bidding increments are at the discretion of My Event PR. My Event PR reserves the right to deny any person the right to participate in the auction. Unless expressly noted otherwise in the seller's auction listing, all auctions are subject to seller confirmation. All auctions are considered offers to purchase in which both parties retain the right to not complete the sale until the agreed upon method of payment has been received by the seller.

OBJECTIONABLE OR ILLEGAL CONTENT:
Creating or bidding on auction listings or events containing any adult content or adult language, involving any 'anatomy enhancement' or condoning illegal actions or behavior will get your member account revoked. In addition, your IP Address and contact information will be provided to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

FOR REAL ESTATE AUCTIONS ONLY:
All properties are sold at auction subject to seller confirmation. The final high bid will be presented to the seller for acceptance.

All properties are sold in "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" condition. Property will be sold subject to easements, restrictions, zoning, and other matters of record.

All prospective buyers, prior to bidding or closing, should request a package of information from the seller that includes, but is not limited to the following: a Preliminary Title Report, Real Estate Transfer Disclosure Statement, Pest Control Report, and Professional Hazard Disclosure Report.

If the winning bid is accepted by the seller, the winning bidder should anticipate closing to take place within thirty (30) days of the Auction, unless specified otherwise by the seller. Unless the parties agree to other terms, a grant deed or other evidence of marketable title will be supplied by the seller at seller's expense, giving marketable title subject to restrictions of record. Taxes are prorated.
